The Fairways at City Center

The Fairways at City Center is a new luxury attached villa community currently under construction in Lenexa, Kansas. Located within the Canyon Farms Golf Club, The Fairways is a five minute walk to the recently opened Lenexa City Center complex. Many of the homes have lower level walk-outs and most have dramatic views of the golf course.

Residences are 2300 square feet in size, with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a den/office, lower level recreation room, covered terrace and a two car garage. The homes are maintenance-free, are expected to be available beginning in April 2018 and will be leased.
